Practical training and practicum during pandemics:
a provincial program for teacher training

The main goal of this work is to analyse the programme and its dimensions: Redes de Revinculación y Acompañamiento Pedagógico (RRAP) (Networks of Reconnection and Pedagogical Support) and the virtual educational segment, which was implemented during the Mandatory Preventive Social Isolation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to favour practical training and the practicum experiences of the various teacher training academic programmes in the province of Salta. This programme was implemented across the whole territory of the province which made practical experiences possible, sometimes in face-to-face sessions, and sometimes mediated by ICTs. The RRAP has made it possible to build bridges in the farthest areas of Salta between community and school by reconnecting students at all educational levels: pre-school, primary, secondary and higher. The Programme was implemented as part of the actions conducted by the Provincial Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, under the coordination of the General Office for Higher Education and all managing boards for levels of education.
